Strategic precision for a challenging food logistics branding.
The Sansul Alimentos project is an exercise in commercial precision. The central objective was to convert the company's operational agility into perceived brand value for the competitive São Paulo foodservice market. Through a strategic diagnostic, we identified that the brand needed to project the concept of "agile rescue" — the ability to be the most reliable and efficient logistical partner for restaurants and retailers.
A new brand that respects its heritage:
The new visual architecture replaces generic aesthetics with a solid and institutional market presence. We focused on systemic organization and visual professionalism to sustain the company's new logistics expansion cycle. The goal was to maintain characteristics of the previous logo while evolving it alongside a new visual identity.
From the redesign of the mascots to the structuring of the website and fleet, every touchpoint was engineered to communicate reliability. The result is a brand that projects operational authority, prepared to consolidate its leadership in the distribution of perishables in the São Paulo capital through a language that speaks less and delivers more.
