1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website www.zanon.studio, the User expresses full agreement and acceptance of these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If the User does not agree with any of the provisions set forth herein, they must refrain from using the website and its services.

2 Intellectual Property and Copyright

All content present on the website, including, but not limited to, logos, images, texts, videos, layouts, and specifically the typefaces (even in demonstration versions), are the exclusive property of Zanon Studio, registered under CNPJ 45.356.849/0001-30, headquartered at EST BR 470 Km 162, 359 - Retiro - Nova Prata - RS, Brazil. The User is prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, or using, in any form or medium, any content from the website without the prior and express authorization of Zanon Studio.

3 User Commitment (Rules of Conduct)

The User undertakes to make appropriate use of the content and services offered and not to engage in the following conducts: A) Engage in activities that are illegal, contrary to good faith, morals, or public order. B) Access, attempt to access, or cause damage to the systems (hardware and software) of Zanon Studio, its suppliers, or third parties. C) Introduce or disseminate viruses, malicious code, or any other systems capable of causing damage to the aforementioned systems.

4 End User License Agreement (EULA)

The acquisition of typefaces is formalized upon the acceptance of a specific legal instrument: the End User License Agreement (EULA). The purchase of the font does not constitute a transfer of intellectual property of the file, but rather the right to use it, the limits of which are exclusively defined by the EULA. Reading and accepting the EULA is mandatory before finalizing the purchase and downloading the font.

5 Third-Party Services and Payments

Zanon Studio uses third-party services essential for the website's operation, security, and analysis, including, but not limited to, payment gateways and infrastructure services:

• PayPal (Payment Gateway): Payment processing is handled entirely by PayPal. The User acknowledges that Zanon Studio does not store confidential financial data (such as credit card numbers), as these are processed directly by PayPal. Use of this service is subject to PayPal's own terms and privacy policies.
• Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics for statistical and behavioral analysis of Users. The User acknowledges and agrees to the processing of this data by Google, under the terms of its respective privacy policy.
• Infrastructure (CloudFlare): Zanon Studio uses services such as CloudFlare for security, performance optimization, and attack mitigation. The User acknowledges that Zanon Studio does not guarantee the total absence of failures in services provided by third parties.

6 Exchanges, returns and refunds

6.1 Nature of the Product and Defect:

The FONT is a digital product whose delivery is immediate upon download. In the event of a flaw or defect that prevents correct installation or use (corrupted file, etc.), the User shall be entitled to an immediate replacement of the file, rather than a refund.

6.2 Replacement Process:

The request must be formalized via email at [email protected], providing the order number within 10 business days.

7 Disclaimer of Liability

Zanon Studio does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the website. Zanon Studio disclaims any liability for any damages or losses, direct or indirect, caused to the User by interruptions, system failures, viruses, or third-party content, including those originating from external websites.
